73 of the 80 active prop firms we track accept Chinese traders. All challenge fees are in US dollars, and China's $50,000 annual foreign-exchange purchase quota plus card controls make direct payment difficult — most Chinese traders fund a challenge with USDT bought OTC or via P2P on Binance and OKX. Seven firms, including Apex Trader Funding and the Hola Prime family, explicitly restrict mainland China and are filtered out below.

TradeLocker73 of 80 active firms accept Chinese traders. The seven that don't — Alpha Futures, Apex Trader Funding, FXIFY Futures, FundedX, Hola Prime, Hola Prime Futures and My Funded Futures — are removed from the list above automatically.
All fees are in US dollars. The $50,000 annual FX purchase quota and tight card controls make paying a foreign prop firm directly difficult, so most Chinese traders buy USDT OTC or via P2P on Binance/OKX and pay with crypto. Some use a card issued outside mainland China. Alipay and WeChat Pay are not accepted by prop firms.
Mainland China is on GMT+8 year-round. The London session opens at 15:00 Beijing time and the New York session at 21:30 Beijing, so the London–New York overlap falls late in the Chinese evening.
No. Firms pay out to crypto (USDT, USDC), Skrill or international wire in USD, which you convert to RMB locally within the annual FX quota. KYC (passport or national ID plus proof of address) is required before the first payout.
Yes. Individual income from overseas trading is taxable under China's Individual Income Tax rules, generally as income from independent personal services rather than capital gains. Given capital-control reporting, keep full records and consult a local accountant before repatriating significant payouts.
No. Firms verify your registered country against your KYC documents, and a mismatch blocks payouts. If a firm restricts mainland China, choose one of the 73 firms above that accept Chinese traders.
