The ranking above is ordered by live Trustpilot score. We only include firms with at least 100 reviews, because a 5.0 built on a dozen reviews tells you far less than a 4.7 built on a thousand. Scores move, so check the date on this page before relying on it. ### How many reviews should a prop firm have before I trust its rating? As a rule of thumb, at least a few hundred. Below roughly 100 reviews a single campaign of solicited feedback can lift a score by a full point. Look at the volume alongside the number. ### Does a high Trustpilot rating mean I will get paid? Not on its own. Ratings capture the whole customer experience, including sales and support, and many reviews are written by traders who never reached a payout. Read the payout terms and the recent one-star reviews specifically, not just the headline score. ### Why are some prop firms missing from this ranking? A firm is excluded if it has no Trustpilot rating recorded, if it has fewer than 100 reviews, or if it has closed.
